Aircraft Crash Simulation Exercise - September 11

The FAST [Family Asisstance and Support Team] EARS [Emergency Airlines Response System] as well as the other teams, CMC, PCIC, etc... were called out today on a drill. It was sudden. We left the office straight away. Ironic isn't it?! They did the exercise on this day. the anniversary of tragedy September 11.

We were called to the FAST command centre at RBRC. I can't say a lot as it is confidential. But to say the least, we were ready for it.
