2nd day of the Fire Safety Awareness Training. We did our morning run around the block, then we started out with basic drill of unrolling and rolling of the fire hose. After that we did the Hydrant 1 Drill. In the morning we did the dry run, without any water running.
that hose on the shoulder weighs 17kg and we had to run 90m with it.

In the afternoon, we had the wet run of Hydrant 1 Drill. This was a bit harder as we did it live. They pumped the water and that made the hose heavier.

I like this part... playing with water.. I meant spraying water
if you make a mistake *especially command* yu do push-ups on the spot
luckily.. I never did any mistakes, so I never did any push-ups ;)
